The Sound of Distance Festival at HKW, Berlin, 2021

The underlining of this festival, curated by Jan St. Werner was the question : If HKW were one big instrument, what would it sound like?

I was invited to the project -Percuspection- to dress the percussionists
 Jean-Dominique “Dodo” NKishi and Tunde Alibaba for their acoustique and performative sound walk of the magnificient building that becomes the instrument itself .  The challenge was that all sonic equipment used for the performance would fit into the garments and are easily to be taken out and reattached.
